Top Chef All-Stars Ep 14 : Island Sun

The chefs cater an upscale lunch party for the Nassau Yacht Club’s 80th anniversary, which includes the Commodore and his friends as guests. They will cook with the finest Bahamian ingredients including conch, which they must dive for and catch in the ocean.
